- 1 cup Sourdough Starter
- 1 cup of Millers Artisan Sourdough Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Mashed Bananas
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Bicarb Soda
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
- At least 12 hours before you wish to bake, combine The sourdough starter and Millers Artisan Sourdough Flour. This will make a very thick dough. Cover for 12 hours or leave overnight.
- After 12 or the next day,preheat oven to 375°F or 190 C. Combine the sugar, banana, and egg together in a small bowl. In a separate bowl combine salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients over the cultured dough while gradually adding the liquid ingredients, stirring in just to combine everything.
- Spoon batter into muffin tins, 3/4 full. Bake at 375°F or 190 C for 18 to 20 minutes. You can poke with a tooth pick, if the tooth pick comes out clean you’re baked.
